"User Contributions" refer to any content, comments, or materials you submit or post on the Site or through the Services provided by us.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User,""you," or "your") and Restore Order For Life PLT 201704003326 [LLP0013452-LGN] ("ROFL PLT, " "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site and/or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you disagree, you shall immediately cease all usage of the Site and/or Services.

All Content on the Site and Services is owned by or licensed to ROFL PLT and third party proprietors, and protected by Malaysian and/or international laws. No part of our Site and/or Services may be copied, modified, displayed, reproduced, published, distributed, reverse engineered, performed, broadcasted, retransmitted, transferred, licensed, sold or commercially dealt with in any manner or by any means or stored in a retrieval system without prior written consent from ROFL PLT and/or its third party proprietors.
All logos, trademarks, badges, or service marks in the Site and Services are the property of ROFL PLT and, where applicable, third-party proprietors. No permission has been given to any party accessing our Site and/or our Services to download, reproduce, or use any such logos, trademarks, badges, or service marks.
PRODUCTS, PURCHASES AND PROMO CODES
Product details are provided as accurately as possible, but may contain errors. Availability is not guaranteed, and prices are subject to change without notice. Promo Codes are personal and non-transferable; misuse may lead to cancellation.
PAYMENT TERMS & BILLING
Fees for Services are due upon purchase unless specified otherwise. Accepted payment methods will be indicated on the checkout page. Prices exclude taxes, which will be added as required by law. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of Service access.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final; no refunds or returns are permitted except as required by law. You acknowledge that ROFL PLT does not offer any refunds at all, whether full or partial. Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before finalizing your purchase.
LICENSE TO USE
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, upon purchase, you will receive a limited, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
REGISTRATION & ACCOUNTS
Visitors may browse and engage with the Site and/or Services; full participation requires registration for a Subscriber and/or Learner Account. You must provide accurate and current information and keep your login credentials confidential. Only one Learner Account is allowed per individual; sharing accounts is prohibited unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to remove usernames that are deemed inappropriate. By registering, you agree not to use automated means to access the Site and/or Services.
RESTRICTION & TERMINATION
You may not use our Site and/or Services in support of and/or for unlawful activities. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Site and/or Services, by any means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any information and/or materials not intentionally made available to you, by any means or unethical manner through the Site and/or Services.
At its sole discretion, ROFL PLT reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit your entry into its Site and/or Services and shall not be made liable for such limitation and/or prohibition, and shall not need to provide any reason and/or justification for doing so. ROFL PLT has the right to terminate its Site and/or Services without notice, at any time and for any reason.
COMPLIANCE TO ACCEPTABLE USE CONDITIONS
Acceptable Use Conditions for the Site and/or Services:
Use only for lawful purposes without fraud or damage to ROFL PLT
Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our materials or software
Do not remove copyright or proprietary notices
Do not bypass security features or restrictions on use or copying of Content
Do not transfer materials without authorization
Do not access unauthorized information or use automated tools like bots or scrapers without permission
Do not upload harmful software (viruses, spyware, etc.)
Do not abuse or disrupt our networks or services
Do not exploit Content for commercial competition without written consent
Do not send unauthorized advertising or spam
Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Do not use any third-party content without obtaining the appropriate permission from that third-party to use that content
Respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of others; do not harvest user data without consent
Do not take screenshots of any comments, posts, images, proprietary information, materials, or any other content posted and/or shared by ROFL PLT or other Users and share them with the public without receiving their advance permission
Do not post obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful material
You agree to behave respectfully with others on the Site and/or Services; harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive conduct is prohibited
Use support services properly; do not submit false abuse reports
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Failure to comply with the Acceptable Use Conditions above constitutes a breach of our Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice for any violations of these terms.
USER DATA RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for the data you transmit via the Site and/or its Services; we disclaim liability for the loss or corruption of such data. You are responsible for safeguarding your account details.
SITE AND SERVICES MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
We may monitor activity for violations of these Terms, restrict access, remove content that violates policies, and take legal action against violators.
CANCELLATION OF TIME-BOUND ACCESS COURSES/PROGRAMS OR SUBSCRIPTION-BASED PLANS BY USER
If you enroll in a time-bound access (e.g., 30-day, 10-week, or one year) course/program or subscription-based plan and cancel during the course/program/cycle, your access or subscription will be honored until the end of the active access period or cycle. Once your purchase reaches the end of the time-bound access course, program, or subscription-based billing cycle, ROFL PLT will cancel your course, program, or plan, and you will lose access to all benefits and features included with that purchase upon cancellation.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise specified in these Terms. Also, any remaining default or late payments will be due immediately.
If you wish to cancel your time-bound access course/program, or your subscription-based plan, please submit this Support Form.
Upon closure, we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
TERMINATION BY US
ROFL PLT may terminate your use of the Services at its sole discretion, at any time, without refund or notice, if you breach any part of these Terms. You may not register new accounts after termination without permission.
USER CONTRIBUTIONS & COMMUNICATIONS
Subject to our Privacy Policy, you own rights to the User Contributions you post but grant ROFL PLT a perpetual license to use it on its Site and/or Services. We will not use your name or company in marketing materials without your permission.
You represent that your User Contributions are truthful, lawful, non-infringing, and respectful. Please carefully select the materials you upload or submit, as any content you post may become publicly available. You are responsible for your material and for any liability that may result from the material that you post.
User Contributions can be in the form of public communications that are subject to monitoring and moderation. We may edit or remove content at any time without notice.
SUBMISSION OF FEEDBACK
All feedback you provide becomes our sole property, with unrestricted rights to use it without compensation.
THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
The Site and/or Services use third-party services (e.g., payment processors, learning platform). ROFL PLT disclaims liability for third-party actions or failures.
ASSIGNMENT
We may freely assign our rights under these Terms; however, you may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
INTERNATIONAL USERS
The Site, Services and these Terms are managed and provided by Restore Order For Life PLT, based in Malaysia. ROFL PLT does not guarantee that the Site and/or Services are suitable for use in other locations or for residents from other locations. If you access our Site and/or Services, you are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws where you live or come from. You acknowledge and agree that you must not access or use the Site and/or Services in any way that is prohibited by the laws and regulations of your country or region of origin. You are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with all applicable local laws where you live or come from.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
By accessing our Site and/or using our Services, you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia in all disputes from or related to the use of our Site and/or Services, if arbitration does not apply.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION
For any dispute between you and us, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally and amicably by contacting us. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration in Malaysia under the Malaysian Arbitration Act rules. Arbitration costs are shared equally unless decided otherwise.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER
You waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings against ROFL PLT relating to these Terms and Privacy Policy.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - CAP
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROFL PLT's total liability under these Terms & Privacy Policy shall not exceed the amount you paid for Services in the three months preceding any claim.
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or internet outages.
INDEMNITY
By accessing our Site and/or using its Services, you agree to keep ROFL PLT and its affiliates (if any) fully indemnified against any action, claim, demand, expenses suffered or incurred by ROFL PLT due to your own choices and/or actions or inaction.
SEVERABILITY & NO WAIVER
If any part of these Terms is in any way unenforceable or invalid due to any applicable law, it shall be read down to be enforceable, valid, and legal. If this is not possible, the clause (or where possible, the offending part) is to be severed from these Terms without affecting the enforceability, validity or legality of the remaining clauses (or parts of those clauses) which will continue in full force and effect. If ROFL PLT does not enforce any clause in these Terms, it cannot be interpreted as a waiver of these rights. Any rights not expressly granted in this Terms are reserved.
SURVIVAL OF TERMS
Provisions relating to Intellectual Property Rights, Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, Dispute Resolution, and other necessary clauses survive termination of these Terms.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS & SIGNATURES
You consent to receive electronic communications and accept electronic signatures as valid and legally binding.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Except as may be supplemented by additional terms and conditions, policies, guidelines or standards, these Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between ROFL PLT and you about the subject matter hereof, and supersede any prior oral or written understandings or agreements between ROFL PLT and you about the access to and use of its Site and/or Services.
No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and ROFL PLT as a result of your access to and use of its Site and/or Services.
